Talented Senior UX Designer wanted!

We are looking for a senior UX designer with 5 - 8 years of experience to join us on this exciting journey. This is a role within a fast growing B2B SaaS scaleup, so if you like a dynamic working environment and learn new things then this is the challenge for you.

You will be responsible for:

  • Conducting user research and testing to gain a deep understanding of the needs, behaviors, and motivations of construction industry stakeholders.

  • Collaborating with product and engineering teams to define and implement innovative solutions for the platform and its features.

  • Designing wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs that effectively communicate how the platform will meet user needs.

  • Ensuring that designs are consistent with the company's design system and brand guidelines.

  • Staying current on industry trends and technologies, and bringing new ideas and approaches to the team.

  • Working closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and QA, to ensure the successful launch and iteration of the platform.

  • Setting up and improving UX processes, such as conducting user research and testing, documenting design decisions, and conducting regular UX audits.

  • Building a strong UX team culture.

You're the innovator we need, when:

    You have 5 - 8 years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating a range of projects and problem-solving approaches.

    You have experience with creating a solution from concept to design to handing it over to the development team, supporting them all the way through to delivery of the feature to production.

    You have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies, as well as a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle.

    You have experience designing for complex, data-rich B2B SaaS platforms and/or enterprise software with a proven ability to keep the interface usable.

    You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

    You have experience setting up and improving UX processes, including conducting user research and testing, documenting design decisions, and conducting regular UX audits.

    You are an expert in the use of Figma, Sketch or Adobe.

    You have extensive knowledge of design systems.

    You’re a good communicator in English (upper-intermediate, B2 or higher).

    You are a native Dutch speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    You are familiar with agile software development methodologies.
