Talented Product Owner wanted!

We are looking for a product owner with 6+ years of experience to join us on this exciting
journey. This is a role within a fast growing SaaS scaleup, so if you like a dynamic working
environment and learn new things then this is the challenge for you
Please note: for this role it's a must to be within the CET time zone (+/- 1 hr). Being based in NL or Portugal is a plus!

You will be responsible for:

Creating and maintaining a product road map that outlines the development of new features, enhancements, and integrations.
Conducting customer research, gathering customer feedback to understand their needs and use this information to inform product decisions and prioritize features.
Working closely with the development team to ensure that new features are delivered on time and meet customer expectations. Ensure that the product is continuously improved and updated.
Leading cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and customer success, to ensure that the product is delivered according to plan.
Staying up-to-date on the latest trends and developments in the construction industry and use this information to inform product decisions.
Tracking and analyzing key performance metrics to ensure that the product is performing effectively and achieving the desired outcomes.

You're the innovator we need, when:

You have strong experience (6+ years) in product management or related roles.
You have excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal & leadership skills.
You have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
You are able to work independently and in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
You are experienced with agile software development methodologies.
You ask questions and make sure you understand what needs to be done.
You’re passionate about working in a startup/scaleup environment.
You are a native Dutch speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
You’re a good communicator in English (upper-intermediate, B2 or higher).
Nice-to-haves:
You have experience working in low-code/ no-code SaaS platforms in a commercial or consulting role.
You have experience working in the construction industry or with construction companies.
