Talented Senior full stack Tech Team Lead wanted!

We are looking for a senior full stack / team lead with 7 - 10 years of experience to join us on this exciting journey. This is a role within a fast growing SaaS scaleup, so if you like a dynamic working environment and learn new things then this is the challenge for you.

You will be responsible for:

  • Leading a team of frontend and backend developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.

  • Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.

  • Developing, maintaining, and upgrading the technical architecture of our web applications.

  • Ensuring that development processes are streamlined, efficient, and compliant with industry best practices.

  • Providing technical guidance and mentorship to the team to help them grow their skills.

  • Managing the technical roadmap and prioritize work to meet project deadlines.

  • Staying up-to-date with emerging technologies and make recommendations to improve our technology stack.

    You have affinity with software and engineering

    You have experience developing enterprise scale applications.

    You have experience using ReactJS (Typescript) for front-end development and fully understand the principles of react lifecycle, hooks and state management.

    You have experience using Microsoft Stack (.NET Core, C#) for back-end development.

    You’re a good communicator in English (upper-intermediate, B2 or higher).

    You lead and manage a team of software engineers that deliver high-quality, scalable and maintainable software.

    You work closely with project managers and stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure the team is delivering against project timelines and budget.

    Participate in the design, development, and maintenance of software solutions.

    Act as a technical mentor to the team and provide guidance on best practices and industry trends.

    You’re passionate about a startup environment.

    You have experience using command and query responsibility segregation (CQRS) and you know when to apply it.

    You have experience using Azure as a cloud platform to host & deploy applications.
