We are looking for an instructional designer with 7 - 10 years of working experience in SaaS to join us on this exciting journey. This is a role within a fast growing SaaS scaleup, so if you like a dynamic working environment and learn new things then this is the challenge for you.
Developing and executing an academy strategy to support the growth and success of the no-code SaaS platform for construction companies.
Creating and delivering training materials and programs, including online tutorials, webinars and in-person training sessions.
Collaborating with product and engineering teams to identify and address user needs and pain points, and to develop and improve the platform based on feedback from users.
Monitoring and analyzing user engagement and usage data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and to measure the effectiveness of the academy strategy.
Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in the no-code SaaS and construction industries to improve the academy strategy and training materials.
Collaborating with internal teams, including product, engineering, and sales, to ensure customer needs are being met and to drive product improvements and development.
Proactively reaching out to customers to provide updates on platform features, best practices, and other relevant information.
Onboarding key users of the platform, including construction companies and their employees, to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively use the platform.
