Talented Senior Instructional Designer wanted!

We are looking for an instructional designer with 7 - 10 years of working experience in SaaS to join us on this exciting journey. This is a role within a fast growing SaaS scaleup, so if you like a dynamic working environment and learn new things then this is the challenge for you.

You will be responsible for:

• Developing and executing an academy strategy to support the growth and success of the no-code SaaS platform for construction companies.

• Creating and delivering training materials and programs, including online tutorials, webinars and in-person training sessions.

• Collaborating with product and engineering teams to identify and address user needs and pain points, and to develop and improve the platform based on feedback from users.

• Monitoring and analyzing user engagement and usage data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and to measure the effectiveness of the academy strategy.

• Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in the no-code SaaS and construction industries to improve the academy strategy and training materials.

• Collaborating with internal teams, including product, engineering, and sales, to ensure customer needs are being met and to drive product improvements and development.

• Proactively reaching out to customers to provide updates on platform features, best practices, and other relevant information.

• Onboarding key users of the platform, including construction companies and their employees, to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively use the platform.
